On the Radar - 2020 Topps Dynasty Robin Yount checklist and Gallery

 Robin is featured in the base auto relic.  Topps hasn't actually released an actual checklist for the base set, and hasn't for years actually, with card designations.  What usually happens is each player featured in the checklist has multiple cards with a number designation behind the player initials like in 2019 DAP-RY1, RY2, etc.  I would expect no different this year.  The base auto relics are serial numbered to 10, with a silver parallel numbered to 5, and a gold parallel numbered 1 of 1.  I'll update the checklist when I can verify the actual card designation and how many Robin has.

2019 Topps Dynasty Robin Yount checklist

Robin is featured in this year's Topps Dynasty Autograph patch set again.  Topps couldn't be bothered to actually release a checklist with actual card designations on it so I peicing this together from ebay listings. Here's what I've found:

2018 Topps Dynasty Robin Yount Checklist and Gallery

Robin is featured in this year's Dynasty product.  Robin is listed on the autograph relic checklist.  In total he has 16 total cards to be found.  The base auto relic numbered to 10, a parallel numbered to 5 and a 1 of 1.  Topps checklist does not have card designations on them, but I'll add the "numbering" when and if cards start showing up.  The two parallels look to be blue #/5 and a gold #/1 from the mock ups.

Edit 12/7/18 - with the first Yount listed on ebay Robin as at least 2 cards in the set, as more come to the market I'll update the checklist if needed.

2016 Topps Dynasty Gallery and Checklist

So Topps hasn't and looks like doesn't plan to release a real checklist for this set anytime soon.  That being said Robin is in the main set so that means he has at least 4 cards in the set.  Likely more and then also 2 parallels of those cards.  I found this card was pulled in a case break not too long ago on the tubes.  I'll post more images as I find them and a checklist with card numbering when that becomes available or known.

2016 Topps Dynasty

Topps recently released the list of subjects in this year's Topps Dynasty project.  Like years past you get one card per box, per $300 box.  Yikes.  Robin's been listed as a signer.  Looks like base auto relic are numbered to 10 with a parallel numbered to 5 and 1.  It hasn't been made clear whether or not each subject will have multiple cards in the set like in years past or only one card and the parallels.  I'll keep you updated when I learn more I'm harasses Topps on Twitter about it as we speak.

Update:  So I got a little back and forth going with Topps on Twitter.  Here's what they had to say to my questions.

Similar to year's past means the player will have multiple cards numbered to 10 and parallels of those cards.  How many? Who knows until the product is released and then good luck I guess.

2014 Topps Dynasty Yount checklist and gallery

Ha I fooled you. I haven't been able to find a definitive checklist yet.  I've found player lists, but as it turns out each player has more than one card in the set all numbered to 10, kind of like Topps Sterling was done.

I was able to find one card listed on ebay already, with it's card number RY6.  So we can assume Robin has at least 6 or 7 cards in the set, but I've found player cards numbered up to 8, so there might be as many as 10 cards per player numbered to 10, and each of those cards has a 1/1 gold ink auto as well.

So when I figure out exactly how many cards Robin has I'll be listing the checklist.

Update: Well I've found cards numbered up to 8 for Robin too so I've added those to the 2014 checklist.

2014 Topps Dynasty teaser

Topps just posted this picture from their 2014 Dynasty Baseball line. Schwwwweet.

I was assuming that Robin might have a couple cards in the issue as Topps has been heaping a lot of love on Milwaukee's golden boy all year. It's due out mid-November and is going to be super high end.  I don't expect to be able to afford any of Robin's cards out of the set, but I'll definitely be posting images and a checklist once it's released.
