Robin is not only featured again in this years Allen and Ginter, but he's also featured in the Ginter Greats insert set.  Every year Topps has at least one fairly large inserts set in Ginter.  This year there are two with Greats and Star Signs, both having 50 subjects.  Overall the design is nice and true to the brand.  In this set players are featured in alphabetically order so Robin gets the honor of having the last post in the set.

I love my fellow Brewers collector's.  Andy aka All Time Brewers on Twitter was posting some of his finds from a recent large lot of Brewers cards he picked up and asked if anyone knew anything about this card.  Lots of people chimed in.  This card was part of a 6 card set given away at game sometime in 2002.  You can see the whole checklist here.  I jokingly asked if he came across another one of these in his lot I'd love to trade for it.  He sent me a message back offering me the card PWE since I was a big Yount guy.  I'm working on a thank you package as we speak.  I know these cards shouldn't be that rare as I assume thousands were handed out at the game, but I've only seen a couple of these pop up over the years.  So thanks to Andy for adding a great and hard to find oddball to my Yount collection.

It's not very often I run into my LCS and find a new Yount card for my collection.  I do seem to be the only avid Brewers collector in Anchorage and that's great when I stop in and pick up cards for my team sets or cheap hits, but it's rare that there's a new Robin to be found.  But every so often it happens.  I just happen to be at Don's Sportcards here in Anchorage,  a couple weeks ago and was perusing the 50 cent boxes and low and behold I found a Yount card I needed.  As a matter of fact there were a couple great 2019 Prizm Brewers parallel cards in the box that came home with me.

There are 27 or more parallels to chase in this year's Prizm product and a good 20 or so that I might actually be able to acquire.   I still have yet to find the base card, but have picked up a couple other parallel at COMC.  

The Red Mojo prizm is serial numbered to just 299.
